Axial.ElmishFlows.Sub connects FlowStream subscriptions to an Elmish program.

Sub.OfFlowStream.subscribe id runtime stream onError runs a stream while Elmish keeps the subscription id. Removing the id disposes it, interrupts its fiber, and runs scoped finalizers. Delivery still passes through Post.
